Chief of Staff

Role Purpose

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Head of Corporate Banking, driving business priorities, governance, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. The role acts as the central coordination point across Business, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and HR to ensure seamless execution of the Corporate Banking agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Management

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Banking to define and execute strategic priorities, growth plans, and business objectives.
• Drive annual business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Monitor key business metrics, financial performance, client growth, portfolio performance, and strategic initiatives.
