About The Role

The Director, Corporate Development & M&A – APAC serves as the regional Corporate Development Business Partner responsible for driving Sonova’s inorganic growth strategy across Asia Pacific.

The role covers the full M&A lifecycle with a primary focus on:

• Deal Origination (50%)
• Transaction Execution (35%)
• Transition Support (15%)

As the regional M&A lead and “boots on the ground,” the individual will identify and cultivate growth opportunities, manage transactions from initial assessment to closing, and support successful post‑acquisition transitions. Key Responsibilities Deal Origination
