**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Director of Corporate Strategy is responsible for leading the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with leaders to measure and report on the effectiveness and progress we are making against our strategic priorities, organizing and facilitating strategy workshops with senior leadership, and bring fresh ideas and disruptive thinking to ensure Republic Services stays ahead of the competition and is in a position to capitalize on macro, industry, technology and other trends.

This position will also develop consultative relationships with senior management to identify strategic opportunities and prioritize them against our existing strategic priorities. The position is highly visible in the organization and involves frequent interaction with the senior leadership team as well as all levels of the organization.
