Responsible for the coordination, process improvement, and execution of Tier/STEM issue management and Regional S&OP across the GPS organization for the BioPharma portfolio. Leads the annual Supply Chain Segmentation process.

Tier/STEM Orchestration

• Identify and assess supply issues, coordinate with GSC/GPS Leaders and manage communication of issue management to Senior Leaders.
• Ensure supply sites maintain feasible mitigation plans with timely updates.
• Manage escalation pathways and produce regular status reports.
• Lead root cause analysis and mitigation actions.
• Conduct regular issue reviews and continuous improvement.
• Monitor system‑identified supply risks and maintain review cadence.
