Position Summary

Sony is seeking aDirector, CyberDefenseto lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for protecting the organization through worldclass detection, incident response, and cyber defense engineering. Reporting tothe Senior Director, Cyber Defense, this role is accountable for operational execution of cyber defense strategy across assigned Sony Group Companies (SGCs).

This position blends strategic leadership withhands onoperational accountability, including oversight of security monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and security technology enablement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, provenpeopleleadership, and the ability to communicate cyber risk clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
