Own and lead end-to-end Data Engineering and Integration operations across the D&AI organization, ensuring stability, reliability, and service excellence for integration technologies and data pipelines.Manage L0–L2 operational support, frameworks, and automation, providing standardized operating models, tooling, and governance across enterprise data and integration platforms.Provide strategic and operational leadership for ~120+ vendor resources, driving SLA performance, efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement across global operations.Serve as the central authority for integration operations and Data Engineering run, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to ensure seamless build-to-run transitions.Scale the role over time to include L3 sustainment responsibilities, aligning with existing Data Engineering leadership to deliver a cohesive, resilient, and mature support model across...
