We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead to drive and oversee compliance with BCBS 239, ensuring risk data aggregation, reporting, governance, and control frameworks meet regulatory expectations. This role will lead data risk and compliance initiatives across the organization, partnering with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to strengthen data governance, improve reporting capabilities, and support regulatory engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of BCBS 239-aligned frameworks covering data governance, risk data aggregation, reporting, and controls.

. Define and maintain a data risk management framework, identifying and mitigating risks related to data quality, lineage, aggregation, and reporting.
