Group IPS is looking for a MEP Manager at one of the Group's Companies Based in Madrid, the candidate will manage the building services team within a group dedicated to the design of building projects and will coordinate with the group’s structural and architectural teams.Profile Your responsibilities may include:
- Leading the facilities team, coordinating staff, managing projects and clients, as well as coordinating with other departments within the group: architecture, structural engineering, etc.
- Managing and supervising building facilities projects, including mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection, and other related systems.
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the proper integration of MEP systems within the overall project.
