Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a global delivery platform operating in roughly 70 countries. The role is based in Spain and focuses on leading the employment‑law team and overseeing HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specialised team of employment lawyers who are redefining Glovo’s operating model in Spain.
• Impact business operations and product through effective and innovative legal advice.
• Manage and coordinate litigation, investigations, and disputes, working with external counsel when required.
• Anticipate risks and recommend solutions to senior management, including Public Affairs and settlement strategies.
• Oversee strategic engagement with Works Councils and Unions to foster constructive social dialogue.
