Job Purpose

The Application Delivery Head is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software applications and IT solutions across the organisation. This role ensures that application development and deployment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The role involves managing cross‑functional teams, working closely with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in application lifecycle management.

• Plan, manage and supervise the day‑to‑day IT operations for regional Wholesale Banking division, focusing in Private Banking, Corporate Banking and Remittances (Speedsend) businesses.
