Responsibilities

• Manage, design, and oversee the Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) subunits of Regulatory Agency Inspections, Laboratory Quality.
• Represent Global Quality functions in employee induction and training, client interactions, and connect CRG APAC and China Operations across functions and business units to relevant Global Quality support teams.
• Develop and execute compliance strategies and establish quality and compliance standards within and across QAC business units.
• Ensure that all quality systems are in place and appropriate to meet business area clients and regulatory expectations.
• Assist in business development activities by writing and reviewing proposals, making presentations to potential clients, and representing the department at appropriate professional meetings and conferences.
