Director, Insurance Operations, In‑Force Modernization Description: Permanent Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Director, Insurance Operations – In‑Force Modernization to lead and accelerate the modernization of our In‑Force organization.

This role will play a critical strategic leadership function in driving the transformation of In‑Force operations by improving process efficiency, strengthening knowledge management, and enhancing both client and advisor experience.

Reporting directly to the AVP Insurance operations – In‑Force policy, the Director will work in close partnership with teams in Operations, Insurance Solution, Shared Services, and Technology to ensure coordinated execution of modernization priorities and delivery of measurable outcomes.
