The Director, Internal Systems, is responsible for the successful selection, management, and operation of major company-wide systems to support the efficient operation of Serko in pursuit of its business objectives and strategic plans. This role will focus on defining and maintaining a clear, long-term systems strategy and delivering outcomes such as high user satisfaction (NPS) and the timely, on-budget completion of internal systems projects.
