Key Accountabilities:
Manage organization staffing and performance to achieve a high level of productivity.Provide timely resolution to technical problems to contribute to safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operation.Provide engineering recommendations and priorities important to the day-to-day operation.Development and monitoring of Engineering Department budgets.Review and approve activities affecting design and operation of structures, systems and components important to nuclear safety.Interface with State and Federal regulators to demonstrate continued safe operation.Coordinate/plan major scope work with team members (ex. OEM vendors) on Plant Systems.Review and prioritize the recommended Design Modifications affecting the safe and reliable operation.Foster an organizational culture that promotes the utilization of diverse backgrounds and experiences....
