Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, Community Mental Health, this role will administer, direct and coordinate the functions of the nursing and other support or professional services at Parkview Behavioral Health Institute (PBHI)’s, Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) facility, and Park Center. Responsible for leading the nursing departments in the development, implementation and coordination of high quality, high valued patient care. Participates with PBHI Park Center leadership, medical staff and clinical leaders in organizational decision making and planning. Responsible for competency and skill development of the nursing team, in addition to enhancing and refining services within nursing and working in conjunction and collaboratively with other PBHI Park Center services.
