Business Development Director
Location: Birmingham
Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑Time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30pm
Following recent investment in high‑technology print, mail fulfilment and postal solutions, we are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Account Director to lead one of our Client Services teams. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with 5+ years’ experience in print, mail and post, who thrives in a fast‑paced, technology‑led environment. You will take full responsibility for the acquisition, retention, development and profitability of all accounts within your team, while leading and developing a team of two Account Managers.
