This is a highly visible, externally focused role centered on sourcing, cultivating, and closing relationships with high-net-worth investors and family offices. The ideal profile is a true relationship-driven “hunter” with strong real estate investment acumen, capable of managing a structured capital raise process while effectively communicating complex investment opportunities to sophisticated investors.
