Lead the Crisis Management team at Canada Life and enhance emergency response strategies in the Canadian market. As a senior leader, you will address complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
This permanent full-time role is responsible for developing and executing Incident Management and Emergency Response Plans across Canada. You will collaborate with senior leadership, ensure compliance, and coordinate governance requirements. This position requires expertise in risk management and a strong ability to foster collaboration among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Incident Management and Emergency Response Plans
• Facilitate annual training and exercises for senior teams
• Monitor effectiveness of crisis response procedures
• Oversee compliance with IM & ER plans in Canada
• Serve as escalation point for the Crisis Management Team
