SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations, RNC is a key member of the Residential New Construction leadership team, accountable for consistent, safe, and profitable execution across all branch locations and field delivery teams nationwide. This role sets the operating cadence, standardizes how work is planned and performed, and delivers measurable improvements in throughput, labor utilization, safety, quality, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has senior operations leadership experience in construction or specialty trades and can lead a geographically distributed organization through scale. Success requires strong field execution fundamentals (scheduling, labor planning, materials readiness, subcontractor performance), a data-driven approach to KPI management, and the ability to drive adoption of enabling technology and standardized processes.
