ROLE PURPOSE:

As a senior leader and member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) in Lebanon, the Director of Programme Development and Quality (DPDQ) is responsible for leading the design, coordination and delivery of the Country Office Impact Model ensuring development and delivery of high quality, evidence-based, innovative programmes for children through a nexus approach, that contributes to Save the Children’s global Breakthroughs: Learn, Survive, Be Protected. 

S/he is responsible for driving cross-functional engagement in the development and delivery of Country Strategy Plans (CSPs), developing annual plans and reporting on results.
