Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans together with the General Manager & Revenue Manager to source drive and grow revenue across all segments. Monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities to make sure objectives and targets are being met.
  • Manage and lead the sales team from recruitment and onboarding through to team development encouraging a highly proactive and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure close working relationships with brand leads for Sales Revenue and Accor Global Sales team.
  • Take ownership for sales strategies and the sales critical path.
  • Provide local market knowledge that helps us stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with QE2 team (Operations Food & Beverage Brand Revenue Digital Graphics & PR) ensuring key information and insights are shared and strong relationships are built to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
