Lead the Sales Enablement function at Alternative Payments and drive exceptional growth. This hybrid position in Toronto is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about optimizing sales processes.
As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and play a pivotal role in building a structured enablement framework for Sales, BDR, and Account Manager teams. You will create programs and sales playbooks to enhance performance, accelerate ramp time, and improve win rates for our service-based payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the company-wide enablement strategy across Sales and GTM teams
• Develop onboarding programs to reduce ramp time
• Build scalable sales playbooks for consistency
• Lead ongoing training initiatives for staff
