The Director of Sales will lead, coach, and develop our sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing current sales staff, assisting with the development of proposals, and ensuring accountability across the sales organization.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Manage, coach, and mentor current sales staff daily to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline evaluations
