Responsibilities
Operational Systems Management
- Support and optimize the use of DLCgo (Genius), Moodle, MSS, and other operational systems.
- Manage Genius processes including gradebook reviews, levelling oversight, workflow improvements, and support for new Genius personnel.
- Populate and maintain operational resources within the Campus Corral and Continuous Learning and Improvement Portal (CLIP) platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to operational documents, resources, templates, and internal systems.
- Coordinate student levelling processes, communication emails, and system transitions.
Leadership Council Implementation
