Director of Software Development (Remote)

The Opportunity

As Director of Software Development, you will lead teams responsible for core customer facing and internal platforms, guiding the modernization of a complex ecosystem that spans legacy and modern systems. Success in this role comes from building strong, empowered teams while exercising sound technical judgment. Balancing delivery speed, operational stability, and long-term platform health. You will partner closely with Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Security leaders to shape and execute platform roadmaps, engaging deeply in discussions around architecture, SDLC practices, observability, and platform evolution to evaluate tradeoffs and set clear technical direction.
