A growing, mission-driven faith-based organization is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Worship & Outreach to lead dynamic worship experiences while cultivating meaningful community engagement initiatives.

 

This individual will oversee worship programming, develop and mentor volunteer teams, and help create welcoming environments that foster spiritual growth and connection. In addition, this leader will organize outreach efforts that strengthen relationships within the surrounding community and mobilize volunteers for service opportunities.
