Community hospital looking to bring on Director Perioperative Services! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

• ASC/PACU is 40 FTEs, 9 Bay PACU, they also have cover 6 bay ECT Pre and Post, as well as Pre Admit Team, ASC preops about 500 cases/month, PACU recovers about 800, New tower will have 2 shared pre/post bays.
• 500+ OR cases/month | 200+ GI cases/month, 50 FTEs across OR & GI, Service lines include: Ortho, Urology, GYN, ENT, General, Robotics (DaVinci), Neuro, Spine, Ophthalmology, ECT, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, Intrauterine fetal surgery program launching early next year, Currently 9 ORs, with plans to expand to up to 15 ORs...
