The Plant Directorhas the responsibility to drive continuous and significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost by developing an excellent organization, and methodically & aggressively implementing a lean operating methodology based on Tecomet Business System techniques and tools.
Principle Responsibilities
Maintaining a culture where safety, quality, schedule and cost are the main focal points with a continuous improvement mentality. Strategic planning for annual plans to ensure that the business complies with ISO, FDA, EPA, OSHA and all other legal requirements.
