Your Role

• Responsible for the capacity ramp‑up of dedicated modules in the Melaka plant to meet the company’s Demand‑to‑Revenue (DtR) targets and support division revenue growth.
• Close collaboration with OP, FIN, QM, and IE teams to ensure delivery stability, commitment, and balancing, while meeting the company’s KPIs.
• Close collaboration with multiple sites to ensure effective and efficient WIP flow management within and across sites (SIN/BAT/BKK/OSAT).
• Provide leadership and management to the Production Logistics Planning team to achieve the company’s operational excellence goals with a high‑performance culture and behavior.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing and newly implemented tools, methods, and processes, while harmonizing and standardizing PC Planning tools and systems.
• Provide and align with DIVs/Operations on an execution model to support the next 26 weeks’ demand scenario.
