Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the company s quality management strategy, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain the company s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Lead and develop the QAQC department, including Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
- Oversee audit programmes, ITPs, NCR management, and quality reporting across all active projects.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and UAE regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
