As the Director, Social Performance, you will provide strategic leadership for Newmont’s social performance programs, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, Indigenous groups, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders throughout the mine lifecycle. By translating enterprise social performance strategies into meaningful action at the country and site levels, you will help manage social risk, protect and create long‑term value, and support sustainable outcomes for both Newmont and the communities where we operate. Through your leadership, you will strengthen organizational capability, drive accountability, and ensure social performance remains a key contributor to business success. This is a 12‑month temporary opportunity.
