Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and continuously develop the GSCM Network & Demand Center organization in line with the strategic objectives of the division, encompassing Quality, Safety, People, Innovation, Sustainability, Customer Centricity and Operational Excellence, as well as Bachem’s leadership principles
• Own and drive the forecast-to-plan process, ensuring continuous end to end transparency of demand, inventory and supply scenarios across the entire Bachem Group
• Accountable for the end-to-end global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, leading its preparation, execution, and follow-up to secure alignment between commercial, operational, and financial targets
