**Position Overview** As a Director of Operations you are responsible for the operations of the grocery/perishable warehouses and warehouse maintenance & support facilities at a high volume, fast-paced distribution center. This position is accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with individual and company performance goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for the annual operating plan and budget for your facilities. In this role, you will direct communication and collaboration with customers of the distribution center to ensure results meet or exceed customer expectations for product quality and service reliability, speed, and accuracy.
