Description

Citizens Capital Markets is seeking an experienced Director/Managing Director to join its High Yield Sales & Trading team. This role is centered on risk management, liquidity provision, price discovery, and balance‑sheet optimization across the high yield credit complex. The successful candidate will play a critical role in secondary market trading, primary issue pricing and allocation, and firm‑wide market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

+ Own and actively manage High Yield trading risk across cash bonds and related instruments, with disciplined balance‑sheet deployment.

+ Drive revenue generation through market‑making, relative‑value trading, and tactical risk positioning.

+ Partner closely with High Yield Syndicate and Investment Banking on new issue pricing, distribution strategy, allocations, and aftermarket performance.
