We are seeking a reliable and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team, providing support to NDIS participants with complex behaviours of concern (BOCC), as well as children aged 5–8 years old.
About the Role:
You will work closely with participants and families to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care. The role requires strong skills in behaviour support implementation, daily living assistance, and health management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support participants with complex BOCC using strategies from Behaviour Support Plans (RP)
Provide care and supervision to children aged 5–8 in daily routines and activities
Assist with meal preparation and meal-time management
Support participants with epilepsy management, including responding appropriately during seizures
