Royal Sussex County Hospital Discharge Team is looking for a proactive person to join our dynamic team as a Discharge Coordinator at the Front door supporting A&E, AAU and LMB C5.

We want you to join us in providing safe and coordinated care and a high quality discharge service to all our patients on the RSCH site.

If you are motivated and have a keen interest in discharge planning and want to take on this challenging and rewarding role, we would like to hear from you.

Training and a full induction will be given to you.
