The appointed Discipline Support Officer (DSO) shall work closely with the staff members of the school to complement and support the Student Management (SM) team in strengthening school discipline and support student development through student engagement.

• Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.
• Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Indoor Sports Hall during daily recess periods.
• Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).
