Job Description
The Services required are set out as follows: Disciplinary Support, via a restorative practice approach: - Supporting late-coming, in-house suspension and detentions, and support pull-out programmes.
- Serves as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance.
- Patrolling classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts, and field during recess and lunch times.
- Conducts physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises and the neighbourhood after school curriculum hours.
Investigative & Case Support: - When incidents happen, support investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach by obtaining student and witness statements for Student Management KP follow‑up.
- Close the loop by communicating with parents, staff and students where needed.
