The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Investigative & Case Support
. Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding
interviews including checking accounts with involved students,
staff, and witnesses, and reviewing CCTV recordings to establish
facts.
. Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and
compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to
relevant Key Personnel (KPs) for directions
. Follow up with students and relevant parties based on
established findings, and communicate consequences with prior
approval from school leaders or key personnel.
2. Detention, Suspension & Restorative Follow-Up
. Conduct restorative sessions and reflection sessions with
students involved in discipline cases.
. Work with Form teachers to ensure that students report for
detention or recess/event suspension
