Program Overview

AIRBUS Defence and Space SAU is offering more than 70 vacancies for a full‑time Graduate Program in Spain. The program, titled #Discover II 2026/2027 , starts on 5 October 2026 and ends on 1 October 2027. It is designed for recent graduates from different disciplines who want to develop their careers in the aeronautical sector. The selection process will run from April 2026 to July 2026.

Program Structure

The program combines a Master’s curriculum (organized into three training blocks) with an 11‑month internship at Airbus. The internship will focus on Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) activities, supporting the safety and efficiency of Airbus Defence and Space fleets.
