Job Description
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other kitchen equipment
Ensure all items are stored in their proper places after cleaning
Maintain dishwashing area, sink and floor clean and organized
Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage appropriately
Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the supervisor promptly
Follow food safety and hygiene standards in a Halal kitchen environment
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
Physically fit able to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads (up to 20kg)
Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Able to work on weekend/public holiday
Able to work 6 days a week from 0900hrs to 1800hrs, including weekends and public holidays
