• Bachelor's degree or Associates degree
• Experience using ERP systems in a service environment
• Very strong excel skills - Previously utilized Excel for dispatch board
• Experience in a service environment, where technicians are dispatched from a central hub
• Basic Lean/Six Sigma fundamentals training to streamline processes
• Great personality/works well with others
