What the role is: You will be part of the team that ensures the smooth, secure, and timely delivery of SID products to policy makers. Part of your work will be to oversee, manage, and drive innovation of SID's information dissemination platforms.
What you will be working on: - Leverage understanding of Singapore's policy-making landscape to tailor dissemination of SID products to the relevant policy makers, in support of their decision making on national security issues
- Formulate policies and guidelines that support product delivery operations, and govern the usage of the dissemination platforms
- Oversee the smooth operation of various dissemination platforms, including troubleshooting delivery issues
- Analyse user feedback and telemetry to improve user experience of SID's dissemination platforms
- Conduct reviews on internal tools and workflows to improve the performance of SID's dissemination platforms
