Manage reporting, compensation and analysis process for the Distribution channel in EcolabCoordination of monthly performance cycle, actual analysis and reporting activities for EuropeCommunication across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, market representatives on various business mattersManaging and developing talents in the teamDevelop or/and improve management reports to support better business decisions.
