**Position Overview:**

Oversees and directs the operation of distribution, including staffing, work assignments of supply chain personnel, and managing established budgets. Ensures staff conducts proper receiving and unpacking of supplies, rotating of stock and checking for outdates materials and supplies as needed. Routinely supervises and reassigns distribution duties, as needed. Evaluates and fosters culture of confidence and cooperation across affiliate supervisors, managers, and directors through impeccable job performance, and professional grade communication.
