An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic Band 6 District Nurse Caseload holder to join Swansea Bay University Health Board's District Nursing service.

The post holder will be a motivated, reflexive practitioner and will be a key member of the District Nursing Team, working closely with the team in the provision of high quality, holistic care. 

Applicants must hold the Diploma or BSc in Community Health studies or currently working towards, be a nurse prescriber and have a commitment to continuous professional development. If working towards, position subject to successful completion of required qualification.
