As a District Nurse in the Mid North area, you will be part of our community clinical services working across the Mid North area. The primary functions of this role include meeting the needs of patients and their family/whānau using contemporary nursing care that is safe, appropriate, and effective. Care is based on comprehensive assessment, ensures continuity, and is patient/client centred, culturally sensitive and evidence‑based. Care will be provided in the community, either at the patient’s place of residence, community clinics, or other suitable environments as mutually agreed with the patient.
