Under general supervision, this position will:
Complete thorough review of drilling and division order title opinions, including but not limited to liens, wills, probates, assignments, taxes, mineral ownership, leases and curative documents.Create and maintain divisions of interest.Timely and accurate preparation and distribution of Division Orders.Provide excellent owner relations service by addressing complex inquiries and resolving ownership issues with professionalism and integrity.Concisely communicate with title attorneys, broker team, interest owners and others in various departments to r...
