Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and cross-functional inputs, while continuously improving forecast accuracy. Create and execute supply plans and coordinate optimal availability of finished goods, maintaining a balance between stock availability. Align production schedules with demand forecasts and closely coordinate with Purchase for timely availability of raw and packaging materials to avoid disruptions. Monitor inventory across warehouses and distribution channels, ensuring consistent product availability and efficient stock allocation. Prepare and analyze Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business decisions. Track and improve fill rate and service levels by identifying order gaps and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for better fulfilment.
