At PwC, the Document Production Services Specialist reports to the Regional DPS Manager. The DPS Specialist works in a collaborative, team‑focused environment to support the delivery of high‑quality documents and/or financial statement requests for Partners and staff across all lines of service.
Key attributes include a positive, customer‑centric, proactive “can‑do” attitude; strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills; and close attention to detail. The role requires working accurately and/or creatively within established visual and written identity standards. The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands and deadlines, and leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatPwC) to enhance productivity, streamline workload, and improve output quality is essential.
